1. Shipping

The ordered goods are shipped via postal or courier services. Shipping is carried out from Germany.

Delivery time is usually a few working days after order confirmation and may vary depending on the product and delivery address.

If an item is out of stock or made to order, the production time is added to the delivery time.

Shipping charges are based on the merchandise subtotal:

• Within Germany: €5.90; free from a product value of €80.00.
• To other EU member states: €11.90; free from a product value of €120.00.
• Pre-arranged personal pickup at a market: free.

The charge applicable to the delivery country and the total order amount are also shown in the cart before the order is finalized.

2. Shipping area

The shop delivers to Germany and the other member states of the European Union. Delivery outside the European Union is not currently available through the shop.

3. Payment methods

The customer may pay the purchase price using the following payment methods:

– PayPal and card payment where offered by PayPal
– bank transfer

4. Payment due date

Payment is due after the order has been placed. Goods will be shipped after the payment amount has been received.

5. Invoicing

The seller issues an invoice in accordance with applicable legal requirements, which is provided to the customer in electronic form.
